Based on Apprenticeship
- Writing website content, blogs, and press releases
- Curating and creating social media reels, stories, photography, and posts
- Contributing to production design, event poster creation, and supporting digital projects
Who We’re Looking For
This highly coveted apprenticeship is open to individuals who value the time and expertise offered by busy agency creatives and are eager to enhance their personal skill sets. We seek team players, imaginative thinkers, and ambitious individuals passionate about visual communications, advertising, and design.
Ideal candidates are:
- Self-disciplined and reliable
- Strong in time management
- Positive and open-minded
- Ready to listen, learn, and collaborate
What You Will Learn
Apprentices will be supported by two dedicated mentors and a Creative Director throughout the program, receiving hands-on experience and professional guidance.
Program Duration & Commitment:
- 30-day / 40-hour introductory program
- Option to extend to 90 days / 120 hours
- Paid apprenticeship
- Minimum 10-15 hours per week
What To Expect
- Personal mentorship from two industry professionals and oversight from creative leaders
- One-year membership in AAF or AD2 for networking opportunities
Program Components
- Attend 1 networking event (1 hour)
- Participate in 1 volunteer event (1 hour)
- Support a photoshoot (1 hour)
- Attend a press interview
- Hands-on support with WordPress or CMS platforms
- Introductory blog layout design and content upload
- Assist with social media content creation, scheduling, and posting
Communication & Tools
Apprentices will learn effective team communication using:
- Designated email accounts
- Slack channels
- Client portals
- Other key creative industry software
Upon Completion
Apprentices will receive:
- A letter of reference
- Portfolio-worthy project items
- Professional resume review
- Verified agency experience
- A framed certificate of completion
